Are your online transactions secure?
We use Paypal to handle our online transactions so you can feel secure in knowing that we don't see your credit card info, let alone store it! You don't even have to have a Paypal account to make an online payment with us.
What are your shipping policies?
We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Depending on production and shipping schedule, it should take 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Our rates are as follows:
Up to $36 costs $4.85.
$36.01 to $180 costs $10.20
$180.01 and up gets FREE priority shipping.
*In cases of extreme weather conditions, extra packaging and/or ice packs will be used, which may slightly increase the cost of shipping. We will make every effort to avoid extra shipping costs.
Do you have vegan candy?
We sure do. Our vegan offerings are labeled as such on our offerings page.
I can't make it to your shop, where else can I buy your fabulous chocolate?
